Although there is no minimum limit on exchange, we have set a maximum limit.

At our branches, we will limit the maximum amount of foreign currency exchange transactions by the same individual to 5 million Japanese yen according to the provision based on the revised criminal profit transfer prevention law.

Also, please note that coins will not be accepted as we will only deal with bank notes.
